Coco Muffins

For today’s lesson we made coco muffins. My partner(Whitney) and I worked together perfectly and found this easy to do. The ingredients needed are:
1. 1 ½ cup of S.R flour
2. ½ cup of sugar
3. ⅓ cup of coco
4. 1 egg
5. 1 cup of milk
The cupcakes were mouth-watering. I will definitely consider making this at home. I hope to do this for our next cooking lesson.

Jam doughnut muffins

On Monday for tech we made delicious jam doughnut muffins.  It tasted like doughnuts but they were actually muffins. I enjoyed making them. Our focus for tech this term is pastry making.

My apple turnover

Today I made a apple turnover. All the other kids had different ideas. I enjoyed making it and it was fun. I hope we do this again.
